BOARD MEMBERS & TRUSTEES
CHAIRMAN OF THE BOARD
ROD GILTZ
It is a privilege to serve as Chair on the Miner Institute’s Board of Trustees. I accept this responsibility from a place of great pride - the reach of this organization’s influence is profound, serving the agricultural needs of the North Country and the world beyond. My expectation is that our work as trustees will help further the Education, Research and Demonstration goals and provide guidance as we navigate the next chapter in the institute’s history.

A POEM BY FORMER CHAIRMAN OF THE BOARD
The Institutions that will last
must link the wisdom from the past
with the fresh findings of what's new
to build their plans for what they do
Research to probe for all that's best
Demonstration they meet the test
Education to teach the skills
to farm the land the farmer tills
Bountiful crops and preserved land
Animals well cared for and manned
That was the William Miner way
And we continue it today
